Design Review Committee Application Procedure
1) ALTERATION APPLICATIONS (available by clicking on ALTERATION APPLICATION or at the Beach Club) are completed and mailed to Rampart Properties, 10012 N. Dale Mabry, Suite 102, Tampa, Florida, 33618
2) Application is logged-in and checked for completeness. Incomplete applications are returned to members for more information.
3) Applications are copied and forwarded to DRC members.
4) DRC members are given appropriate amount of time to review (approx one week).
5) DRC members email or call their reviews into DRC Chair. Discussions and clarifications are held between members where necessary.
6) DRC Chair votes last and is tie-breaker.
7) An approval/denial letter is prepared or an approval stamp is applied to the submitted application and forwarded to Rampart Properties..
8) Two hard copies of the approval/denial letter, or stamped approved application, are made. One is a file copy with original submitted materials attached and goes to the Cory Lakes LTD master files. The other copy is mailed to the applicant. An electronic copy of the approval/denial letter is filed in the DRC files by property address. Those applications that are approved by stamp are acknowledged by memo to the DRC files.
