Cory Lake Isles is governed by four entities:

• The Government of the State of Florida, Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa
• The Community Development District under which Cory Lake Isles was created
• The Developer of Cory Lake Isles who is still a Clas B Voting Member of this Association
• The Property Owners Association

We are governed by a Board of Directors who were appointed by the Developer.  The Directors are volunteers and fellow home owners.  Directors are not compensated for their time or activities.  The document by which we govern is the Deed Restrictions and Design Review Manual.  This manual may be reviewed by clicking the following links (see Design Review page for Design Review manual):
