Cory Lake Isles Home Rental Information

Prior to the rental of a home in Cory Lake Isles, the owner or their agent must complete the rental application and submit it to the Property Owner’s Association (POA) management company, Rampart Properties, along with a check for $100.00 made payable to Cory Lake Isles Property Owners Association.  A background check is conducted on each occupant and the rental application is reviewed by the POA Board of Directors prior to the tenant’s occupancy.
